As a wholly owned subsidiary of an Italian B2B publishing company in China, we are now looking for a sales supervisor to be based in Shanghai.
Job Duties
You will be responsible to achieve sales and revenue targets, as well as grow, develop and maintain new business. You need to develop strategies for account penetration, analyze customer requirement and propose the best solutions to meet with your customer needs.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years experience in selling media advertisement.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and with the ability to generate new business opportunities from ground level.
- Successful track record in closing sizable deals is critical.
- Excellent deal making, communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-orientated and sensitive to numbers is essential.
- Proven track record in writing proposals.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
