富力公馆别墅项目使用智能家居控制系统对客厅、卧室、餐厅、走廊、游泳池等区域的灯光、窗帘、空调等系统进行了控制管理,通过可编程多键控制面板、彩色液晶触摸屏及IPAD进行控制,简单方便,高效节能,为主人创造出高效率、高品质的生活。

美丽上海悦榕庄项目采用邦奇智能照明控制系统,产品主要应用于老酒店别墅区、公共区及新酒店公共区。邦奇电子根据各不同区域的使用功能及照明效果,设计多种灯光场景,达到美观、舒适和节能环保的效果。此次项目主要产品应用以Philips •Dynalite 系列。

在新老酒店公共区域,邦奇主要选用了DLE1205 前沿调光器和DMC810GL多功能控制器这两款产品。DLE1205 前沿调光器是12 通道每通道5A 的前沿调光器,设备总负载为60A,适合于白炽灯、低压灯、霓虹灯和一些荧光灯的调光控制。同时,通过Philips•Dynalite 的系统集成器,灯光控制系统可以与安保、HVAC、家庭影院、窗帘控制及室外照明成为一体,完美融合。同时,通过先进的电压调节和软启动技术,它起到可以保护低压灯具并明显的延长灯的寿命。

DMC810GL 多功能控制器则可提供多种负载类型控制的模块,例如白炽灯和可调光电子镇流器,开关控制器,变压器的调光控制等,这样的应用大大节约了公共区域投入和安装成本,并能取得优异的灯光效果。

在老酒店别墅区,邦奇主要选用了DDMC802GL多用途控制器及DDRC1220FR-GL 继电器控制器。DDMC802GL多用途控制器可利用各种输出模块适应不同类型负载。主要能接纳4 个插入式模块,更易于有利使用。可用的模块类型包括:

  1. 前沿相控调光器,适合白炽灯和某些类型可调光电子变压器;
  2. 后沿相控调光器,适用于大多数可调光电子变压器;
  3. 高频镇流器控制器,能适合控制 DALI 广播,1-10V 和DSI 镇流器和变压器;
  4. 继电器模块,能适合大多数类型的开关负载;扇控制模块;帘控制模块等。

DDRC1220FR-GL继电器控制器则用于控制任何类型开关负载,它的优点是可通过DyNet 网络分别进行控制,提高效率,节约成本。

沈阳七宝山酒店采用邦奇智能照明控制系统,产品应用于大堂、走廊、大型餐饮厅、会议室、酒吧区等公共区域。本次设计方案,根据各区域使用功能,提供完美的照明控制和管理方式,主要体现在以下几方面:

1、利用场景的概念设计控制模式,避免误操作,工作人员只需轻按单个按键即可将所有灯光回路按序调节至需要的亮度。所谓场景指的是相关区域灯光回路的明暗(调光)或开关的组合;

2、满足多功能厅特有的照明环境与效果,采用调光的控制方式,所有灯光场景的切换都是柔和渐变的过程,不会对人眼造成影响;

3、在餐饮厅通过调光控制方式,更好配合现场灯光场景变化组合,更好配合朝鲜民主在用餐过程中载歌载舞的风俗习惯。

4、通过调光模块的控制,可防止因外加主电源电压的升高而损坏灯具。

以七宝山酒店大型餐厅为例:

1、可以变化餐厅的照明效果,营造不同的场景氛围,如宴会准备阶段只有部分或全部筒灯点亮,在准备阶段为保护价格昂贵的水晶吊灯,系统将限制工作人员启用吊灯;

2、当宾客开始入场时,隐光槽灯将逐渐点亮;宴会正式开始时调亮所有灯光,使宴会厅灯火辉煌;

3、由于朝鲜民族在就餐过程中有一边用餐一边载歌载舞的风俗习惯,所以在宴会进行过程中,可通过调节各照明回路亮暗的不同组合改变立体的灯光视觉效果,光线集中于舞台等,以更好的烘托整个宴会活动气氛;

4、当宴会宣布结束时,可渐渐调暗吊灯、槽灯,宴会厅内柔和的灯光表示欢送客人离开;客人全部离开后,灯光切换到“清扫状态”。工作人员通过可编程控制面板,按动一个键即可调用所需的某一灯光场景。

在七宝山酒店项目中实现大堂的灯光场景采用的主要产品是壁挂式的DLE1205(12路,5A/路白炽灯调光控制器)以及DLE1210(12回路,10A/路数字式可编程调光控制器)对白炽类光源进行调光;走廊等共同区域使用了导轨式模块DDRC1220FR-GL(12回路,20A/路数字式可编程开关控制器)、DDRC820FR(8回路,20A/路数字式可编程开关控制器)实现对荧光类光源的控制。所有灯光场景的变换都是在人们不经意间,十分自然的逐渐过渡变化完成。

聊城阿尔卡迪亚国际温泉酒店位于东昌湖西南畔,占地面积200余亩,地上建筑面积近70000平方米,由接待中心、餐饮中心、客房中心、会议中心、温泉康乐中心、两座贵宾楼,及园林区7大功能区组合而成,是一处集“中式园林建筑”和“江南水韵风情”相结合的五星级温泉酒店。可满足中高端政务接待、会议会展、商务休闲、养生度假客人的多种需求。

阿尔卡迪亚国际温泉酒店将阿尔卡迪亚的传说与聊城的凤凰文化、古运河文化、儒文化相结合,让宾客在旅途停歇间隙,感受“江北水城、运河古都、凤凰故里”的魅力,尊享田园牧歌般的心灵之旅。

二、方案设计思路

一座公用酒店建筑,如何提高它的综合管理水平并为使用者营造幽雅舒适的环境是建设者所关注的主要问题。

灯光亮化不仅能在不同的功能区域营造舒适的环境,实现统一的管理,在一些公共区域能够起到节能、环保的功效。

从系统设计来论,它要控制照明光源的发光时间、亮度去配合不同场合的不同场景,而且还要考虑到智能化的管理和简单化的操作,并具备适应未来照明布局和控制方式变更等要求。

另外根据我们在国内外类似大楼的研究分析得到如下的结论,照明用电量约占整个大楼能耗的1/3左右。因此,做好照明设计,选择合理的照明方案,配置先进的控制系统,加强照明控制设计,已成为另一个重要设计内容。它不仅能有效节约能源,降低用户运行费用,还可提高整个大楼的管理水准。

因此我们在设计灯光控制系统的时候把主要问题放在:

1、  如何提高它的综合管理水平。

2、  并为人员营造幽雅舒适的环境

3、  高度的智能化和方便灵活的控制。

4、  把节能环保带到我们的系统中。

因此在该工程中,我们对酒店部分主要功能区域采用智能型总线照明控制系统进行控制,控制内容包括调光、定时、场景控制,联动控制等,具体的主要控制场所为:酒店接待中心、餐饮中心、宴会厅、贵宾楼、会议室等。

三、方案设置

1.         接待中心

接待厅的工作台上放置灯光控制主机,我们可以预先设定自动工作模式:如白天上班时间8点钟自动开启接待大厅的灯光,随着太阳光线强度的变化,我们把白天的工作时间段分为3个部分开启,早上开启80%的灯光,中午的时候开启50%的灯光,同时在工作人员下班午餐的时间段内灯光自动调节到30%,等人上班后,恢复到下午模式,灯光回到50%。

在接待厅,工作人员也可以通过控制主机手动的调节单一回路的灯光亮度,在主控器上将会数字显示出当前的灯光调节百分比,以方便人员微调到合适的某回路灯光强度。

2.         餐饮中心

每个餐厅、包房预置多种灯光场景效果。餐厅、包房内采用多种可调光源,通过智能调光控制始终保持最柔和最优雅的灯光环境。可分别预设4种或8种灯光场景,也可由工作人员进行手动编程,能方便地选择或修改灯光场景。带场景选择键的智能控制器安装在人口处,客人可自主改变就餐时的灯光场景。

可预设多种灯光场景,如:结婚新人进场模式、贵宾进场模式、舞会模式、席间互动模式、生日蜡烛模式等。

控制面板还具有“渐亮”和“渐暗”功能键,工作人员可随时利用这两个键灵活调节灯光亮度。

 3.         宴会厅、贵宾楼

宴会厅作为一个重要的接待场所不同于会议大厅, 灯光场景的设置既要体现VIP厅的高贵与华丽,同时又要显示主人的热诚与好客, 使客人产生宾至如归,流连忘返的感觉.因此可以根据洽谈的内容以及进行的状态,精心设计不同的场景模式,我们建议VIP厅设置如下几个常用基本场景模式:

★迎宾场景. 当客人开始入场时,荧光灯逐渐点亮,筒灯回路逐渐开启, 同时系统继电器打开音乐电源,播放迎宾曲,烘托热闹祥和的迎宾场景.

★致辞场景. 当客人全部入座后, 主人需要致辞以表示对客人的欢迎和感谢, 此时主人讲话区域灯光调亮,周围区域的筒灯关闭,荧光灯和水晶灯的灯光调暗,将主要的亮点集中在主人身上.

★宴会场景. 致辞完毕后进入宴会场景,此时需要将宴会厅四周灯光以及走道灯光调暗, 同时将中央区域光线集中在每个桌面上, 突出食物的精美和用餐的欢快氛围.

★祝酒场景. 当宴会进行一段时间后, 主人需要到每个桌面祝酒,此时需要将主要亮点集中在主人活动的区域,当主人达到一个桌面时,其他区域的灯光稍微调暗,同时主人所在的桌面光线调到最亮,依次类推,体现主人的诚挚与热情.

★送客场景. 当宴会行将结束时, 可逐渐调暗中央吊灯,光带,掩饰用餐后凌乱的感觉,同时调亮周围的筒灯和走道的灯光, 调亮主人送客的区域, 衬托主人送客的环境氛围.

★清洁场景. 当客人全部离去后, 将贵重吊灯和光带关闭,将全部荧光灯和筒灯调亮,便于清洁人员清洁每个角落, 并且通过预先的时间设定, 逐渐关闭清洁过的区域灯光, 既节约能源又保护贵重灯具.

★酒会场景. 当在VIP厅举行酒会时, 可将整个大厅分成若干个小区域,在这些区域内的光源调亮,同时将周围光源调暗, 关闭中央的吊灯, 优雅恬静, 轻松愉快的交谈环境能使与会者心情舒畅,流连忘返

4、会议室

一般会议场景: 当与会者进入会场时, 工作人员可按一下控制器上的<一般会议场景>键,系统则可把刚才调到半亮状态的灯光回路调整到全亮,同时荧光灯将逐步点亮, 随着与会人员增加,会议大厅内所有灯光全亮, 预示者会议即将开始.

会议进行场景: 当会议开始时,工作人员可按一下控制器上的<会议进行场景>键 除了主席台上方外, 其他区域筒灯将全部关闭, 同时荧光灯将调整到70%左右的亮度, 既能使与会人员集中注意力,同时也方便与会人员可清楚地看清文件及做好记录.

会议讨论场景: 当会议进行主题研讨时,工作人员可按一下控制器上的<会议研讨场景>键, 主席台上筒灯不变, 荧光灯调暗,突出墙面上会议主题, 同时将所有筒灯关闭, 调暗中间区域荧光灯,调亮周围区域荧光灯,营造轻松休闲但不失严肃的氛围.

会议演示场景: 当会议需要做一些幻灯投影或者演讲时,工作人员可按一下<会议演示场景>键, 此时, 投影屏幕自动下降, 屏幕上方荧光灯和筒灯在相同时间变暗和关闭, 实现连动效应, 同时其他区域的灯光将调整到60%左右的亮度. 既方便与会者清楚地看到屏幕上的内容,同时也能保持一定亮度方便与会人员纪录.

会议休息场景: 当会议进入休息状态时, 工作人员按一下控制器上的<会议休息场景>键, 此时所有的荧光灯将逐渐变暗,直到处于关闭,而与此同时,筒灯也将关闭部分回路, 既节约能源又能营造轻松休闲的气氛.

会议结束场景: 当会议即将结束时, 工作人员可按一下控制器上的<会议休息场景>键, 此时,非通道区域的荧光灯将逐渐变暗以及非通道区域的筒灯回路关闭, 同时通道区域的灯光逐渐变亮, 既预示者会议的结束同时又保证与会者离开会场所需要的照度, 营造欢送与会者离开的环境气氛, 通道区域的灯光通过预先的时间设定将在会议结束后30分钟内自动关闭.

会议清洁场景: 会议结束后,清洁人员进入会议室按一下控制器上的<会议清洁场景>键,系统可将所有的灯光回路调到较亮的状态,便于清洁人员有足够的亮度清扫会议室的每一个角落。并根据预先的时间设定,逐渐关闭清洁过的区域的灯光, 保证节约能源。

西安北站位于西安市城区北部中轴线上,是一座集铁路、公路、城市交通于一体的现代化大型铁路客运车站。西安北站建筑风格寓意为“唐风汉韵、盛世华章”,其建筑形态融合了唐大明宫含元殿和西安城墙的元素,整个建筑朴素庄重、壮美雄奇。车站主要由站房、站场、动车运用所三大区域组成。站房总建筑面积33.66万平米,主体建筑总高度43.6m。 [1]

照明设计整体方案

为追求节能环保,在屋顶上设几个天窗,用漫发射引进自然光,这样光线不仅不会刺伤人眼,而且节能省电。通过使用符合功能要求的光源和调光系统来进一步达到节能的效果。主要采用日光灯,节能灯,个别区域采用金卤灯,泛光照明大部分采用大功率的 LED 灯。其次,整个车站的灯光通过调光系统进行整体集中控制,方便操作。主要区域包括旅客出站层、站台层、售票室、高架候车厅和户外的泛光照明,场景有上午,下午,晚上,节能,阴天等。通过使用邦奇智能灯光控制系统,整个车站的所有灯光组成一个大的网络,在中控室放置一台装有邦奇 DLightⅢ 服务器软件的电脑,人机直接对话,方便用户使用操作。

 

3:候车大厅光线柔和,旅客有很高的视觉舒服度

由于候车厅挑空较高,设计师主要采用了金卤灯。平均显色指数为65左右,光线比较柔和,以确保旅客进入候车厅后有很高的视觉舒服度。这种自然舒适的感觉主要通过采用自然光与环境灯光的有效结合而实现。设计师通过在屋顶开天窗,将自然光有效地引入室内。在天气变化的情况下,邦奇智能照明控制系统可以实现灯光的调节,设有白天,晚上,阴天,节能等场景,以制造舒适节能的室内环境。为满足功能性照明的需要,大厅内的平均照度在500lux 左右。

站台采用大面积自然通风,采光的设计,营造一个让旅客觉得很温馨舒适的氛围。因此在自然光得到最大限度使用的同时,金卤灯也因其发光效率较高而得到使用。金卤灯的平均显色指数为65左右,色温在3000K左右,光线比较柔和,视觉上,给人以舒适的感受。站台平均照度在400lux。

Located in the north central axis of Xian city, North Station is a modern transportation hub for railway, highway and coaches. The architectural style of the station symbolizes the charm of Tang and Han dynasties, and its glorious time. The construction shape of the station has the Tang Ming Dynasty palace and Xi’an city wall elements, the entire building is simple, stately and magnificent. The station comprises of three areas: station building, station, yard and vehicle operation yard. The main station building is 336,600 m2 and with height of 43.6 m.  [1]

Lighting design concept

In order to achieve the energy saving goal, the lighting designer of North station decided to have several skylights on the roof allowing natural light to come in through diffuser, so that passengers will not be dazzled by the bright light. More over it also has energy efficient. The use of different sets of light and the dimming system to meet the functional requirements further achieves the energy saving effect. The lighting is mainly fluorescent and energy saving lamps, metal halide fixture is used for individual regions, and using LED as high-power flood lighting. In some parts, the whole of station lighting is centralized control by a dimming system for ease of operation. The controller is pre-set to provide light in areas such as passenger station level, platform, ticketing office, waiting room and elevated outdoor flood lighting, In addition, scenes include morning, afternoon, evening, energy saving, cloudy and so on. By using Dynalite intelligent control system, the whole station forms a large network and a computer installed with DLight III server application is placed in the central control room. The light for the entire station is easily controlled from the server.

Waiting room

The waiting room is a huge area with a high ceiling, metal halide is used with the average color rendering index of 65, combined with natural and surrounding light, it ensures the comfortable feeling of passengers after entering into the waiting room. The skylights on the roof, allow natural light shine into the room. In the case of weather change, Dynalite intelligent lighting control system can adjust the light according to the pre-set modes such as day, night, cloudy, energy saving and so on. To create a comfortable and energy efficient environment, in order to meet functional needs of lighting, the average intensity of the hall is about 500 lux.

Platform

The platform is an open area design aiming at providing a comfortable place for passengers to enjoy natural breeze and day light. Taking the advantage of natural light, the metal halide fixture is also used with the average color rendering index about 65 and color temperature about 3000K, creating a soft lighting environment for the passengers. Average illuminance is 400 lux.

设计目标 

业主和设计师对酒店照明控制系统的要求不只局限于使用功能,他们更希望在系统控制场景变化的同时,提高室内环境的管理水平,节约能源。为了满足客户的要求,控制系统应尽量做到操作简便、控制灵活,方便维护、易于扩展,节约能源、降低成本。

大堂

大堂是客人进入酒店的必经之路,是光临酒店的第一感觉,在灯具的选用和灯光布置方面必须考虑照明环境氛围与建筑装璜的协调性。为了给客人提供一个舒适、优雅、端庄的光照环境,施耐德电气C-Bus 智能照明控制系统可根据大堂运营状况预设时间,通过对比酒店室内外环境亮度自动调整灯光效果。大堂接待区安装的触摸屏,根据接待区域各种照明需求特点和不同的时间段,可预设约16种灯光场景,也可通过手动编程选择或修改灯光场景。此外,系统充分利用由玻璃幕墙浸入的自然光,实现日照自动补偿。大堂设计亮度传感器,通过感应室内光线达到自动调光的目的。对自然光的充分利用使得C-Bus系统实现在保持设计照度的同时节电50%以上。调光器的使用,可有效延长灯具寿命2-4倍,对于保护昂贵的水晶吊灯和不宜维护区域的灯具有积极意义。

中餐厅、咖啡厅、酒吧

中餐厅、咖啡厅、酒吧等采用多种可调光源,通过智能调光系统使这些区域始终保持最柔和最优雅的灯光环境。可分别预设4种或8种灯光场景,也可由工作人员进行手动控制,能方便地选择或修改灯光场景。每个功能区域均设置了一个触摸屏,用于管理各功能区的灯光,使用方法和大堂相同。

宴会厅

宴会厅采用多种可调光源,根据一天中不同时段、不同用途精心地进行灯光场景预设置,使用时只需一键调用预设好的最佳灯光场景,调节出最柔和最幽雅的灯光环境。宴会厅设置了一个触摸屏,用于管理各功能区的灯光,使用方法同大堂。亦可在宴会厅的各分区设置可编程控制面板。

走廊及其他公共区域

客人进出较多时,打开公共全部回路的灯光,方便客人进出;客人进出较少时,则打开部分回路的灯光,此区域照明控制集中在相关的管理室,由工作人员根据具体情况控制相应的照明。操作既可由现场就地控制,也可由中央监控计算机控制,还可设置时间控制。

结语

采用 C-Bus 智能照明控制系统后,可使照明系统工作在全自动状态,系统将按预先设置切换若干基本工作状态。根据不同用途用户可以精心地进行灯光的场景预设置,使用时只需调用预设好的最佳灯光场景。还可根据不同区域功能要求,利用灯光的颜色、投射方式和不同明暗亮度创造出立体的、层次的、绚丽的灯光环境,营造愉快惬意的氛围。

系统能够依据国际标准的最佳光照度自动协调室内外光照度。根据预置,部分公共区域若无需即时则减弱或关闭照明系统,既保证有效照明又科学的降低了能耗,节约了能源。系统还具备抑制电网冲击电压和浪涌功能,通过采用软启动和软关断技术,避免灯丝的热冲击,延长灯具寿命。此外,C-Bus 智能照明控制系统将传统照明机械的开与关转换成了智能化管理,通过有效监控和合理化使用,大大减少酒店的运行维护费用。

The design objectives

The owners and designers hope that hotel lighting system is not only for functional use, but also facilitates management and saves energy. In order to meet customers’ requirements, the control system should be simple to operate and easy to control, and maintain, and scalable to achieve energy saving and cost reduction.

Lobby

The lobby should firstly provide a comfortable, graceful and elegant lighting environment for customers by lamp selection and lighting layout. Lighting of the entire lobby is managed by Schneider Electric C-Bus intelligent lighting control system that automatically adjusts lighting effect according to the presetting time, and brightness  contrasted between internal and external environments to perform real intelligent management. Lobby’s reception area is installed with central touch screen; sixteen types of lighting scenes may be preset according to functional characteristics of reception area and different times. Meanwhile, lighting scenes can be conveniently selected or modified via manual programming. The system equipped with light auto compensation function that can sense the natural light permeated from shutter and adjust the lighting level accordingly, which can save more than 50% of power. In addition, dimmer is used to prolong lamp’s service life by 2-4 times, which is meaningful to protect expensive chandelier and fixtures in hardly maintaining area.

Dining room, café, bar

Many types of dimmable light sources are used in dining room, café and bar. Soft and elegant lighting environment is always maintained by intelligent light control system. Four or eight kinds of lighting scenes may be preset. The Staff can manually program the controller for selecting or modifying lighting scene. Each area is designed with one touch screen for managing lightings. The method is the same with that in the lobby.

Banquet hall

Lighting scenes are preset according to time and specific purpose during the day, you can press just one key for start the optimal lighting scenes. The touch screen in the banquet hall is designed for managing lighting. Programmable control panel may also be available in functional areas of the banquet hall.

Corridor and other public areas

Turn all necessary lights on for those public areas where there is frequent customer movement, while switch off for those areas not frequently occupied. System management is under centralized control in relevant operation rooms, controlled by professional person according to specific circumstances. The operation can be realized by field control, central monitoring control or time control.

Conclusion

C-Bus intelligent control system makes lighting system work in a fully automatic state. It can be easily switched among several specific scenes according to preset modes. Based on different functional requirement, colorful light, installation location and different light intensities, the system could select a three-dimensional, multi-level, and brilliant light environment, which create a pleasant ambiance for visitors.

Corresponding to international standard of light intensity, optimal lighting brightness is modulated automatically by C-Bus lighting control system to reduce the power consumption and save the energy. It successfully restrains impulse and surge voltage from power grid to protect fixtures, avoids thermal shock on lamp filament through introducing the technique of soft start and stop, prolonging service life of fixtures. In addition, C-Bus intelligent lighting control system shift traditional manual switch to the intelligent management. It substantially reduces hotel operation and maintenance costs by advanced management.

千岛湖洲际酒店位于风景优美的千岛湖旁,依山傍水。作为一个度假酒店,更多的注重营造前来度假游客的休闲放松氛围。

照明设计总体方案 

考虑到业主所关心的经济问题,在同建筑师、室内设计师的配合下,设计师在需要使用高科技灯具的重要部位,选用进口灯具,其他部分则选取性价比较好的国产灯具以满足业主需求。为了营造自然温馨的效果,设计选取了最能突出建筑材质特色、表现建筑线条的照明方式以及低亮度的灯具。光源方面使用了卤素灯、紧凑型荧光灯、线性 LED 和点光源 LED、金卤灯、荧光灯管。设计师还在公共区域使用了调光系统可以根据需要选择全亮模式、浪漫模式、深夜模式和清洁模式。此外,设计也充分考虑到节能,通过选择高光效的光源、精确配光的灯具和适当的安装位置,实现了合理照明,节约能源。

大堂

设计师的中心原则是要在实现照明效果和照明氛围的同时,最大限度的将灯具与大堂内部设计相结合。大堂的核心是特殊造型的木质吊顶,两侧是阶梯状吊顶错落的展开。“我们通过将灯具和吊顶造型相结合的方式,既突出吊顶的特殊造型,又能将灯具隐藏起来,做到了见光不见灯的状态。”本项目的灯光设计师,来自朗程照明的王新巧这样说道。通过选用较小尺寸灯具,将灯具本身对室内设计的影响降到最低。设计师在大堂的吊顶内选择 LED 线性灯具,其余区域使用卤素灯进行照明。这样,人们的视线可以被引导到室内设计师和艺术顾问特别设计的装饰上,比如大堂中的主题雕塑、墙面悬挂的天然艺术品等。通过使用高光效的灯具和窄光束可调整角度灯具,可以应用于不同时段控制模式。对于卤素灯,灯具的输入电压调整为90%,既能营造温馨的暖光,又能使光源的使用寿命延长一倍,减少更换光源的各种支出。

会议室

设计师使用装饰性吊灯,提供了大部分的功能照明,同时又能将水晶吊灯的晶莹剔透表现出来,既保证了对不同的会议摆台的桌面实现照度和均匀度要求,也考虑到投影机使用时照明对投影机画面的影响降到最小,同时能够对桌面提供一定的照度,保证与会者的书写记录需要。同时设计师对于光源的选择和安装都是经过特殊考虑的,设计师选用了卤素灯作为装饰性吊灯的光源,并用可遥控的灯具作为对特殊照明的补充。

Qingdao Intercontinental Holiday Inn is located in the beautiful Qingdao Island, facing the beautiful coastal line and wonderful greenery mountain on the other side. As a resort hotel, it focuses on the cozy and relaxing ambiance for visitors.

Design concept

Considering cost is on the top of the priority list of the owner, the lighting designer together with the architects decided to use imported lighting fixtures in important areas of the hotel that need high-tech lighting, and domestic lighting products with high efficiency in other areas to meet the owner’s needs. In order to create a natural and relaxing environment, the design accentuates the building materials, outlines the artistic lighting of building and uses low luminous lighting fixture. Light sources that are used are halogen, compact fluorescent, streamlined LED & point LED, metal halide and fluorescent. In public areas dimming system is used to set up different lighting modes such as full bright day light, romantic, night time and energy saving according to demands and requirements. In addition, the designer selected high-efficiency lighting source, suitable lighting fixture and proper installation locations to achieve green lighting.

Lobby

The design principle of the lobby is the realization of lighting effect and the atmosphere through lighting, also maximizing the lighting effect through the combination of lighting fixtures and interior design. The lobby ceiling is made of wood and with laddered shape spreading out from both sides. “Combining the special shape of the wooden ceiling and light fixtures, the purpose is to highlight the shape of the ceiling and at the same time hide the fixtures to get the overall visual effect.” Wang Langqiao explained, designer from Cibles lighting Company. With compact fixture, the impact on the overall effect is minimized, with LED streamlined fixture in the lobby ceiling and halogen fixture in other parts, visitors’ attention is then directed to the decorations such as the theme sculpture and natural art works on the wall. By using high efficiency lighting fixture and the controllable narrow beam with adjustable angle fixture, the hotel also can control the lighting fixtures according to the time of the day and the pre-set modes. The input voltage of halogen fixture is set to 90% to create a warm light environment and at the same time optimal life span with low costs.

Meeting room

The designer uses chandelier to provide general lighting in most parts of the meeting room, and at the same time the chandelier provides the kind of prestige effect. In addition, the lighting source and installation location are selected after thorough consideration, for instance, Halogen light source is used as decorative chandelier source, and uses remote controllable fixture as complementary lighting source.

这座新建成的健身中心位于布兰察中部梅塔市的特列斯特路,项目所在区域最近刚刚通过土地规划审批。

该中心在设计上使用了可以灵活组合的预先定制的组件——包括以钢筋混凝土为原料的预制板和主梁,设计者对这些材料的性质和造型都做了仔细研究。为了获得良好的透光性,还设计了大型落地窗:这些大块的玻璃在效果上也给人以赏心悦目的感觉。

整个健身中心共四层,地下一层用于安置锅炉和做储藏室使用。地上层(总面积为1013.87㎡)包括美体教室、有氧运动教室、带卫生间的体操房、行政部门办公室和保健室等。第二层(总的使用面积可达661.89㎡)包括:入口、一对一训练教室、跑步机训练室,这三部分构成了相连的跃层结构,木楼梯周边的空间摆了很多供自由体操和形体训练使用的器械。第三层(使用面积达1013.87㎡)包括:为各种设备提供维护服务的技术区 ,一家寿司店和一个供会员休息放松的休闲区。

造型和材料 

健身中心的结构材料使用的是含白色大理石粗砂粒的混凝土预制板,建筑物外表层采用的是一种彩色的阿鲁考外墙材料,这种材料装饰了建筑物正面呈半环形的大部分。健身中心分布在四周的大落地窗很有特色,大大的窗户也使室内获得了较为充足的光照。

室内选用了一种附在铝合金框架上的三合板材料,并且室内格局在划分上十分细致合理;卫生间和更衣室使用的也是相同材料。健身中心外部的设计风格与内部的保持一致:会员们可以通过一座小木桥直接进入健身中心,横跨在人工湖上的小木桥则由铁栏杆围住;整个建筑被一条木制的人行道圈起来,除此之外,还有一条供人们热身和慢跑用的塑胶跑道,塑胶跑道将健身中心与客人专用的停车场分开。

照明设计 

“万德雷之灯”(LC)照明设计公司为这一项目设计了照明——利用灯光表现出专业健身中心的空间感,并且不仅仅是要起到照明的作用,同时也要给俱乐部的会员们带来舒适的享受。 

设计重点是一层的复式空间:设计选择了一种光线均匀且可以瞬间将室内照亮的解决方案,这种光线很适合从事健身运动的环境,既突出了敞亮开阔的活动空间,也便于正在锻炼的会员们看清形体动作。另外从建筑设计的角度看,大厅作为开阔空间也应该突出在各个组成部分之上。

为了将开阔的空间照亮,这里选择了大型吊灯(直径180cm,为TreCiLuce一款名为“Opera 180”的灯具),点亮后可以获得一种一览无余的效果。

健身中心摆放器材和设备的区域只用了四盏吊灯:直射灯光为一般性的活动提供照明,而间接照明则用于强调表面质感和勾勒顶棚的轮廓,可以将结构和细腻的部分突显出来。壁灯除了可以将内部照亮,在整体上还具有强调作用(此处为TreCiLuce的一款广场照明灯具)。健身中心复式结构上都安装了这种灯具:它们的特点是给人以舒适感和安全感。同样,在游泳池以及日光浴阳台这类休闲和放松的场所也安装了此类灯具。

 The new building is located in Trieste Street in Meda, in the heart of Monza and Brianza, in an area that is under a newly approved development plan now nearing completion. The original concept behind the construction of the new fitness centre was based on the combination of the flexibility afforded by a pre-fabricated structure – made up of pillars and beams in reinforced concrete – with the use of sought-after materials and designs, while large, vertical windows were planned in order to ensure a good balance of light and ventilation. These elements all helped to create an aesthetically pleasing ensemble.

The structure of the internal space was planned over four levels, a basement level, which is used to house the boiler and for storage, and three levels above ground. The ground floor (gross floor area equal to 1013.87 m2), contains the administrative and nursing areas, as well as the space to be used for the gym, which is divided into the fitness suite, the aerobics studio and the bathrooms.

The first floor (gross circulation area 661.89 m2) is instead divided into an entrance hallway, a Personal Trainer room, a treadmill studio and a cycling studio. Above the three studios is a wooden mezzanine level, which is used for freestyle gymnastics and for the weight training and body building equipment.

The second floor (gross circulation area equal to 1013.87 m2) consists of a technical support area and a Sushi Restaurant.

The design layout and the materials used

The structure of the building consists of pre-fabricated white marble chip panels. The façade was enriched with an Alucobond chrome coating that was used to cover the semicircular central part of the façade. The building features large windows all round the perimeter that guarantee a great degree of natural light. The optimal division of the interior space is obtained thanks to the use of dividing walls made of marine plywood on an aluminium frame, used also for the bathrooms and changing rooms. Externally the building respects the aesthetics and architecture of the interior: a wooden pier provides access to the building through an artificial lake surrounded by iron railings; the building is surrounded by a wooden walkway, around which there is a Tartan running track that separates the building from the Fitness Centre’s exclusive customer car park.

The lighting design project

The lighting design project – developed in collaboration with lighting specialist E’ Luce from Valmadrera (LC) – began with the need to suitably enhance the space of this exclusive gym, aiming not only to illuminate but also to create a sense of well-being and comfort for the club members. Particular attention was given to the main studio on two levels: the decision was made to distribute light evenly in order to create lighting conditions clear enough for gymnastic activities to take place, but also able to accentuate the dimensions and contours of the users’ bodies during their training. From an architectural point of view the main studio is a large-scale three dimensional space, all of which needs to be lighted. The considerably large (180 cm in diameter) pendant light fixture that was used (Opera 180 from TreCiLuce) was developed to address the lighting requirements of this type of space both in terms of performance and the need to avoid congesting the space. The entire fitness and weight training area was therefore lighted using only four pendant light fixtures. Direct light makes possible the usual fitness activities while indirect light emissions accentuate the surfaces, highlighting the ceilings and rendering visible the structure and finishing touches of the building. The overall luminous effect is enhanced by the presence of wall lights (Square series, also from TreCiLuce) located on both levels of the fitness studio. The light gives a pleasant sense of security. The same type of appliance was also used for the swimming pool and solarium, giving a subtle emphasis to the areas used for relaxation and recreation.

广东科学中心是广东省大型科学活动场所,具有科普教育、科技成果展示、学术交流、休闲旅游四大功能。其会议中心空间开阔,是召开各种会议的理想场所。

灯光与灯具设计

项目对室内灯光的要求是照度要满足国家标准,色温要求冷白,灯具要求安装方便,按时交付使用。灯光的设计可根据被照明对象的功能、环境、人文理念与国家和国际灯光照明标准的综合情况来确定设计思路。为了达到不同灯光效果,在灯具设计方面,需要通过现场实际考察和专业灯具设计技术来实现。设计人员还借鉴成功先例,结合电脑编程和智能设置,使灯光的调节,灵活多变,因时制宜。在满足国家标准中对会议室照度的相应要求的前提下,充分利用小功率 SMD LED 光源的高能效比,以最小的功率实现最高亮度。

特制灯具的设计

以对灯光效果的综合要求为基础,定制灯具再依据照明、光学、节能、配光、优良的制造性价比等五大要素来进行设计。通过模拟设计,样品检测,制造工程师精湛工艺与高精设备而加工实现。所用到的台湾晶元芯片的小功率白光 LED 为一次光源,灯具为拉伸铝制结构,出光灯具面罩采用齿状纵向条纹磨沙亚克力。显色指数为76,满足实际需求,提高性价与能效指数。

照明设置

灯具采用嵌入式安装,使其能够很好的与天花融为一体。为了与会议室简洁的内饰元素完美地结合在一起,灯光必须满足总体配光要素与条件,同时考虑制造与工程的具体结合,并运用电子电气与结构的综合技术。此外,设计师采用了电气多回路分配控制的光控系统,实现手动与智能控制的结合,按奇数行与偶数行间隔分配灯光控制,根据需要也可按照场景实现调光控制。定制灯具具有合理的结构设计,高效的导热材料,更好的散热条件,优良的LED 光源等优势,因此在为会议室提供极具功能的照明的同时,能够有效地节约能源、降低成本。

Guangdong science centre is a venue where most of the science activities take place. With a venue for every event size and occasion, it can host exhibitions for technology fairs, science educational event, academic conferences and leisure. The conference hall is very spacious and is an ideal place for major conventions and smaller events.

Lighting and fixture design

Project requirements are illuminance of the indoor lighting to meet the national standard, cool white colour temperature, easy installation and must be delivered on time. Lighting is designed according to requirements in function, environment, culture and the national standard. In order to meet the needs of different lighting effects, design is based on on-site visits and state of the art technology. The designers referred back to the successful projects combined with computer programming and intelligent settings in order to add flexibility to satisfy specific need. Responding to the national standard requirement to room illumination, low-power SMD LED with high energy efficiency is used to achieve maximum brightness.

Special fixture design

Based on the lighting requirement, the new fixture has to meet others basic elements such as lighting, optics, energy saving, manufacturing and cost-effective. And through simulation process, thorough testing, superb manufacturing skill and high precision equipment the final product is finally finished. Using the Taiwanese wafer chips, low power white LED as the light source, casing is tensile aluminum structure and a face guard is made of vertical stripes frosted acrylic. Colour rendering index is 76 in order to meet actual demand, improve energy efficiency and the price ratio.

Lighting Implementation

Recessed lighting fixtures are used for the integration of the ceiling. In order for the light to blend with the decoration of the conference room, lighting has to meet the requirements of light elements and conditions, and the combination of manufacturing and engineering and the implementation of electronic and structure technologies. In addition, the designer selected multi-circuit lighting control system to realize both manually and intelligently control. Lighting control is distributed in odd and even way and realizes the dimmable control. The special design fixtures are of superior in its structure design, high- efficiency thermal material, and excellent heat diffusion and high-quality LED light source etc.. Therefore, it supplies the functional lighting in an energy saving and low cost way.

1:当夜幕降临,所有的古迹都消失在人们的视野中,而户外照明则需要呈现出它们的美丽

在西班牙的在特鲁埃尔省,建在山坡上的Albarracín 城,四周被Guadalaviar 河环绕着。由于它的美丽和历史重要性,自1961年来国家记念馆便准备申请世界非物质文化遗产。朗程照明(Light Cibles)展示了户外灯光的新理念,不只是要古老街道,其他标志性建筑如教堂、市政厅、中世纪城堡、屋顶以及装扮城市的古城墙的美感。

当夜幕降临时, 城市中所有的标志将随之消失。这座城市的建筑和历史被淹没在群山的黑暗中。多亏 Santa Maria 基金会和 Albarracín 市政厅的倡议,在Louis Clair 的领导下于2010年四月成立了一个名为“夜景”的工作坊,在那里18名学生参与了一项照明工程,并为未来留下了理念。

在夜晚来临的时候 ,通过使用灯光照明来恢复城市白天的美丽。这个项目不仅为市民还为游客提供了独特的夜景。设计方案包括了两个理念,如城堡的垂直感可以把人们的视线引导到通往高处的城垛,由于地形陡峭,特色石材地板和屋顶暴露在阳光下。

为了强调古迹的垂直度,该项目建议照亮建筑物扶壁的一侧,用柔和微妙的灯光点亮塔和尖塔。同时也考虑照亮一些古迹的窗户,好似有人在建筑物中,以营造出一种欢迎的氛围。

墙壁也遵循相同的理念。它强调了塔的垂直度,并画出了一条穿越城墙微妙的线条。调为营造一个舒适的环境选择暖色。这些建筑物和古迹灯光遵照夜晚的需要来设计,尽量减少光污染以便让 Albarracín 的暗天空每晚陪伴着我们。

在街道,灯光照亮人行横道这样的水平面。光污染和眩光将降至最低。这种功能照明应该为行人提供良好的视野,但是,同样要重视灯的美感,受落日的启发,它们发出的将是暖光。

3Albarracín 市政厅

由于地形陡峭,屋顶向来都是这座城市的一道风景。受月光的启发,通过点缀在镇上的蓝色灯光,他们强调了上帝的眼睛。这种光很轻柔,只是为了清楚的展示夜间的城市。出于这个目的,这个项目将创新与传统相结合,并在乡间和山区运用最新的科技。

为了遵循这一项目所提出的概念,势必要把 LED 技术与太阳能结合起来。Cibles照明运用这两种具有多种优势的技术发明了一种新灯具。首先,它可以在地势陡峭的地点轻易安装,如安装在地形陡峭的山顶上的古城墙上。每个太阳能电池都很容易安装。因此没有必要安装供电电缆,因为每个太阳能 LED 点会自发运作。由于 LED 技术的使用,维修极少,这也保证了较长的寿命。另一个好处是由于能源来自于太阳光,每个 LED 点只消耗3W 能量,所以不需要支付电费。

团队还研发出另一种灯光配件以解决在Albarracin 狭窄的街道上的功能性照明问题。这是一种 LED 灯笼,它保持着与城市风格相协调的旧有灯笼的美感,但其中蕴含了最新的技术。通过使用 LED,电力消耗将减少50%,为市政府节约了能源和资金。通过消除眩光和均匀性的欠缺,既可解决视觉舒适性这一实际问题,又避免了实际存在的光污染。

在西班牙,这个项目开创了用灯光亮化整座城市的先河。这将改善居住者和游客的视觉舒适度,同时也为市政厅减少了电费开支,而且会突出城市美丽的古迹。

 

图4、5:考虑到这座城建在陡峭的山坡上,屋顶时常曝露在阳光下,所以朗程照明决定利用灯光强调这种浪漫。太阳能板被小心地安装在屋顶上,以便为所有的灯具提供能量。

In Teruel province (Spain) Ciudad de Albarracín is built on the slopes of a mountain, almost entirely surrounded by the river Guadalaviar. National Monument since 1961 and proposed to be declared a Unesco World Heritage site by the beauty and importance of their heritage. Light Cibles presents a new concept of outdoor lighting. In order to enhance its Cibles beauty, not only for the old narrow streets are treated, but also the monuments like churches, the City Hall, the Medieval Castle, the roofs…  and the remains of the old wall which crowns the city.

When night falls almost the identity of the city disappears. Its architecture and history are buried in the darkness of the mountains. Thanks to the initiative of the Foundation of Santa Maria and the City Hall of Albarracín, in April 2010 comes out  a workshop led by Louis Clair called “Night Landscape”, where eighteen students participated in a lighting project, leaving the concept prepared for the future. 

Light Cibles wants to rescue the day beauty, while at night, with the lighting as an instrument for this purpose. The project offers, not only to the citizens but also to visitors, a unique night landscape. The proposal includes a double concept that plays with the verticality of the forts, battlements and elements that direct their eyes to heaven, and the horizontal of the characteristic stone floors and roofs of Albarracín in constant exposure due to the steep terrain place.

To emphasize the verticality of the monuments, the project proposes to illuminate one side of the buttress of the buildings, with a soft and subtle light the towers and steeples are lit. It is contemplated also to illuminate some of the windows of the monuments, to simulate there are always people inside the buildings and provoke a welcoming ambience.

The walls follow the same concept. It emphasizes the verticality of the towers, and draws the delicate line of batt­lements that runs through the wall. Warm colours to lit are chosen for a comfortable environment.

These buildings and monuments are lit respecting the darkness, it minimizes light pollution, to allow the Albarracín sky stay with us every night.

In the streets, the horizontal planes are lit, ie the pavement. Light pollution and glare will be minimized. This is a functional lighting and should allow good vision for pedestrian, however, not underestimating the aesthetics of the lamps, the light arising from them will be a warm light, inspired by the sunset.

Roofs are always present in the view of the city due to the slope of the terrain. They are underlined with the God’s eyes, dotted throughout the town with a blue light, inspired by the moonlight. This light is very soft, just to make clear this horizontal layer at night.

For this purpose the project is a combination between innovation and tradition, working in a rural and mountainous environment with the latest technology.

To follow the concept proposed for this project, the bet is to use LED technology combined with solar energy. Light Cibles develops a new fixture with these two technologies that will provide several advantages. First, it enables a very easy installation where the accessibility to the installation point is difficult, such as the old wall on the top of the mountain in a steep terrain.  Each solar spot comes prepared for a very easy installation. At this point, there is no electricity cabling to be installed, and there will be no need for that, as each solar LED spot will be autonomous. The maintenance will be minimal because of the usage of LED technology, which will also guaranty a long life duration. Other advantage is that there will be no electricity bill to pay as the energy comes from the light of the sun, which will feed only 3W LED spot.

There is also another great lighting fitting developed by the team, to solve the functional lighting in the narrow streets of Albarracin. It is a LED lantern, maintaining the aesthetics of the old lanterns integrated in the style of the city, but including the latest technology. By using LED, the consume in electricity will be reduced in a 50%, saving energy and money to the City Hall. It will solve the actual problems of visual comfort, by eliminating the glare and the lack of uniformity, and will avoid the lighting pollution actually existing.

This great project will be a pioneer project in Spain, where it is the first time to treat in its totality the lighting of the whole city. It will improve visual comfort for the habitants and visitors, it will reduce the electricity bill for the City Hall, and it will highlight the beautiful monuments of the City.
